Active day

Quick walk then onto sports training with Keely.
She gets so excited going there now, her new best friend is a 3 yr old doberman. She was very good at the high jumps and the long jump.
On the way home I stopped and gave them both a longer walk.
I decided I would have a run, but it was so cold it took me ages to warm up enough to run well, then I turned up towards the moor and the icey wind hit me, fortunately as I came down from the moor the wind was following me so I managed to warm up again.
