Summer of 69 . . . Bryan Adams
I came home to one butterfly flown and it's chrysalis left behind. Another chryalis turned black and this morning it broke open. I took it out on the back deck to get a blip. It is in front of the Lancewood tree where the cicadas climb up. It is noticable to hear the click and buzz of cicadas so summer is here. When it was drying it's wings I could see the black spot on the hind wing denoting a male.
