Pleasant Valley Sunday . . . The Monkees

I had poor gemination with sunflowers but did eventually get three giant yellow ones and these bronze ones.  They make a reasonable show at my driveway entrance.  I had better close ups but I liked the houses on the far hill as a background.  
The young man from the family across the accessway called in with his girl friend to ask about our 4 wheel drive trip.  They are planning a trip in April with friends to drive some routes in the lower South Island.  He has a serious truck that has a tent on the roof that you can sleep in.  I'm too old for that.
