Gerddi Santes Fair
Gerddi Santes Fair ~ St Mary's Gardens
“To walk we have to lean forward, lose our balance, and begin to fall. We let go, constantly, of the previous stability, falling, all the time, trusting we will find a succession of new stabilities with each step. The fullest living is a constant dying of the past, enjoying the present fully, but holding it lightly; letting go without clinging, and moving freely into new experiences. Our experience of the past and of those dear to us is not lost at all, but remains richly within us.”
― Robin Skynner

Rydw i'n hoffi cerdded yn y bore. Mae'n ymarfer corff da ac mae'n gyfle ychwanegu pwynt arall i fy map o deithiau cerdded ugain munud. Mae'n ddiddorol i ddod i adnabod rhannau gwahanol o fy ardal leol. Baswn yn ei argymell.
Heddiw des i'n ôl trwy (via) Gerddi Santes Fair (https://www.cardiffparks.org.uk/otheropenspaces/stmarysgardens/index.shtml). Roedd hi'n arfer safle eglwys a mynwent. Nawr does dim eglwys ac mae'r beddfeini yn o gwmpas y waliau neu ar y llawr fel meini pafin. Roedd yr henach o'r beddfeini (bod gwelais i) yn perthyn i rywun a fu farw yn 1796.

I like to walk in the morning. It's good exercise and an opportunity to add another point to my map of twenty minute walks. It's interesting to get to know different parts of my local area. I would recommend it.
Today I came back through (via) St Mary's Gardens (https://www.cardiffparks.org.uk/otheropenspaces/stmarysgardens/index.shtml). It used to be the site of a church and cemetery. Now there is no church and the tombstones are around the walls or on the floor like paving stones. The oldest of the tombstones (that I saw) belonged to someone who died in 1796.
