Bookclub High Tea

Just a bit of nonsense but I enjoyed doing it and the serving dishes were empty apart from two pieces of millionaire shortbread.

The highlight of the savoury tarts were the cranberry, fig, and brie tarts. I have to admit that they were delicious.

No wine was drunk as everyone opted for the Pimm’s and ginger ale punch that was nicely chilled for a hot day.

Lots of chat, very little about books as none of us had read very much. But that’s okay, we will get back into it when summer is over.
