1st bonfire of 2025!

Apart from a walk in the woods with Bramble and then a quick trot round the block with her later I’ve had an indoor day . NC has been over on the plot finishing the raincatcher whilst I’ve used the crock pot to make a soya and black bean stew plus a veg soup. Both dishes are to take over to Chesterfield tomorrow.
I’ve done a lot more socialising this week than is usual and I’ve felt tired and a bit out of sorts today . The highlight was probably chatting to our youngest son whilst I walked, he was feeling similar and we had a chilled low key conversation. Bramble was happy to be out and about too .
Hope Monday provides a good start to a pleasant week all round .
