After the excitement of yesterday  it’s been a quiet day apart from the unexpected meeting in town of a zoom yoga friend IRL for the first time since before Covid. This felt a bit weird after only seeing her online for years.


From Screen to Scene:
I guess we are going to see a lot more of this as we transition between living in the real world and the virtual. Take yesterday. We met some Facebook supporters at our celebratory coffee morning for the first time IRL.
It was  case of "Wow! you are real!"
