Caerketton Craigs and the T-Wood
A murky start to the day. A lot of low cloud, and very damp. The lower parts of the Pentlands do become visible . A nice, but damp walk around the very quiet park.
After lunch, partner and I go for a walk up to Swanston. No views, and the low cloud obscures Caerketton Hill. We go to see the Highland Cows. Extra shows a kestrel perched on a electricity utility pole a short distance from the cows. On the track back to the road, we also spot six of the Swanston deer, Extra 2 shows one of them crossing the track in front of us. Partner even spends a few minutes hoping to capture one jumping over a fence, but that didn't happen. They just walk away from us.
