Lazy lunch

Despite having lived on the prairies and its frigid temperatures for many years, quite frankly, I'm getting a bit p**d off with this cold weather, not a cloud in sight again with a high barely touching zero and a wind that needs me to wear a coat. This is Lotus Land fer chrissakes, I should be in shorts by this time in February.. Gimme some dark gloomy clouds, and rain, and temps of 9 or 10
And as for Despot Don, well, enough said yet again.

I'm gonna look for some uplifting sci fi that shows how mankind has developed into a rational, kind, species. You know, the kind that Stephen Fry wants us to be.
Yup, that's the rabbit hole I fell down today.
