As good as it gets

My favourite alcohol free beer of the moment. Had fifty bottles delivered today. I can’t tell the difference from the alcohol version. Apparently there is a thing called "striping" on the bar circuit these days where you alternate between one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic drink to moderate your consumption on a night out. Interesting idea but why don’t they just make more half strength drinks? There are one or two out there.

We did a lot of grandparental duty today so that the proud parents could drive up to Wandsworth to register Little Miss A. She is now officially a member of the human race. And a South Londoner (TEARS OF LAUGHTER EMOJI).

Tomorrow will be a bit different. And the beer will be the real thing …
