The Old Square, Warwick

A visit to our dentist this afternoon, and we still travel to Warwick. It might be 40 miles away but I have been going to the same dentist for 40 years. Well that was true but we now see his daughter, who has taken over in recent years. She is just as caring and gentle as her dad and it still seems worth the extra distance.

While there I had a telephone consultation with the oncologist.  My bloods came back negative again for PSA, but despite my expectation that they intended to discharge me, with regular checks being done by my G.P. there's been a change of heart and they will continue to monitor my levels going forward. It's now over 6 years since my prostatectomy operation and over 3 years since my radiotherapy so things continue to look good.
