Math assignment

After we practiced with blocks and cups, it was time to practice in person. I gave my mobile phone to one child to take pictures and show the result of the row on the picture. It was up to the group itself to have an opinion about it and to think about how the row could be improved to just see one person.

After 7  attempts (this was their 6th) we could only see the tallest child in front. I was impressed how some children could give the solving directions.

Lately I've been standing in front of the class a lot. There's a nasty flu going around, intense and long-lasting. I expect that I'll be the last one to get sick and that it'll be during the holidays, just like last year.
