Purring puss

A dull day today with a chilly wind. Spent the morning writing a report of the u3a Creative Writing meeting yesterday and getting the judge's recordings ready for the Photo Club meeting this evening. It was so much easier when the judges used to attend in person, but now I have to deal with sometimes rather odd ways of recording and sending which makes life a bit annoying! As usual my scores were pretty average!

Later on I really had to force myself out for a walk - there's a very chilly wind blowing. Not a great day for pictures, but I met this lovely cat who came up to me looking for a stroke. I don't think I've ever heard a cat purr so loudly. Unfortunately he turned his head and the picture isn't as sharp as I would like, but I ain't goin' out again!
