Teddy suddenly realised that he hadn't been outside all day.

He started the work of planning exactly what the little people will be doing this year.

Poor teddy, he's been prevaricating by making nice calendars and forms. It's just that he hadn't the heart to fill them in. A bit like most of his planning then, eh Teddy?
