Raised beds

We did a walk today with J&S (originally was supposed to be 8 but S&M's flood caused them to postpone, we went ahead anyway but T&P decided not to for some reason?!?).  However I digress. It was a bit muddy and we didn't do the whole 5 miles but managed a detour although still did 12000 steps.  J&S were impressed with our choice of restaurant (where we went last week with D&R) although I enjoyed last weeks' food more?  Good chat and company and home by 4.30.  I was very noble and offered to drive so no wine for me and another day 'alcohol free'!!

Message from James who had received a heartfelt, personal thank you letter from Maggies saying lovely things about Aimee.  Her tribute page raised over £5500 for this amazing charity.  If you ever find yourself at the Royal Marsden - go check it out and there are lots of other Maggies at other cancer hospitals.
