So take away the flowers that you gave me

These roses are four weeks old.  

They could probably have sat for another week but when I put the hairdryer on this morning one of them ended up in pieces all over the floor

It looks like I did some fancy editing but I didn't. This is them in all their glory 

I worked ALL day today.   Still signed off but poor L at work has been left to deal with the fall out.   I feel dreadful about it   so I did everything I could yesterday to make life a little easier 

I was quite exhausted and stressed come five thirty.   Then I walked on the elliptical trainer for five minutes which took me 8.   (I take a break every 100 rotations - I'm building stamina )

I should sleep well
