Dolly and friends

It's D in the August alphabet challenge, and I was full of great plans this morning to take an outdoor blip of Deer Abbey at dusk, which morphed after a glass of wine into a blip of dusk from the decking, which after another glass or two became the offering above!

Dolly has moved home since I last blipped her and has a posh new Turkish cushion to sit on, bought last year in my friend Oscar's shop in Turunc. It's much brighter in her new abode, beside the big window in our bedroom than it was in the hall, and Lola and I think she likes it there!

We've had a good weekend looking after the grandchildren, as mummy and daddy were both working. Day three of the same tomorrow. If it's dry a visit to one of the parks is on order, too late to get a decent duck blip like this one at Strichen last year.
