Family Valentine's

I spent the morning doing a deep dive into a topic I want to know more about theologically, it felt like time well spent. Later I met Todd for lunch, which was wonderful. There's a little Ecuadorian place that does a great menú del día that Todd especially loves. So it was a treat to be taken there and to get a good catch up with him.
Home for shopping and collecting Nate from Patis Oberts. And then our planned family Valentine's evening which was a 'readathon' with face masks and nice snacks. The kids absolutely loved it, especially with candles and nice music in the background...and Danny occasionally asking us to read out loud the paragraph we were currently reading.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) A really good catch up with Todd.
2) Time to read, learn, grapple.
3) How much the kids loved this evening, as did Danny and I!
