Bertie’s dinner

I was full of good intentions to snap my blip this morning when I spent an interesting couple of hours at our newly formed craft group. This came about when two friends read a book by the late Dr Michael Mosley, “Just One Thing”. Apparently, he advocates that as we grow older we should continue to try new things and learn new skills in order to strengthen the power of our brain cells. There were six of us and everyone was doing something different and the conversation was wide ranging and stimulating. I was kept so busy that I forgot (hmmm, still working on those brain cells) to photograph something that was produced. I’ll try better next time!
My blip today is a packet of Bertie’s food. Two different flavours get delivered every couple of months and the box they come in always has an amusing warning label: “Bertie’s, hands off!”.
