Kale

Well, a few weeks ago, I was complaining about my brassicas being devastated by the fat bastards wood pigeons. I strung up some old computer discs as bird scarers and they have recovered beautifully :)

We spent a long time tidying and titivating the allotment today. It was pretty warm, and once again I regretted that I'm not allowed to wear shorts. Apparently, the police have decided that it would be an incitement to public disorder; my legs are just too sexy.

I see Peter Capaldi is to be the new Doctor. Nice one. I can't wait for the first encounter on the Dalek home planet: "Oi!! Davros! You're about as much f*cking use as tits on a f*cking boar!" Sweet :)
