Leading the way (Day 3568)

Pain this morning was pretty bad, so the list of things I wanted to do was left undone while I sat around hoping it would ease off.
I opted for a wander at Lyde with Sigyn thinking the smooth road surface would be easier going than the rough track we follow up the hill. It didn't seem to make a lot of difference.
A bit later I headed to the horses and distributed hay, took pictures for my beautiful wife and gave the herd a scratch. Nice to see them all, just a bit frustrating that I can't go for a ride at the moment.
