Orange to Red (Day 3567)
After a bit of a disturbed night, I was vaguely aware of my beautiful wife getting up at stupid o'clock to zoom off to catch the ferry south.
A little later, I struggled up the hill with Sigyn before spending the rest of the morning doing very little, and hoping that the sciatica would ease a bit.
It hadn't eased much by lunchtime, and a wander with Sigyn was fairly unpleasant.
After lunch I headed across to Stromness to check on the horses, and give them all a tangerine. Red was delighted with his. While I was at the horses Mum arrived and gave the boys an apple each. Jeepers showed how dumb he can be by dropping half his apple on the other side of the hay crate. He could see it but had no idea how to get it (extra). I helped him after taking a pic.
Unfortunately I was too sore to stand and chat to mum so instead headed off to Birsay to deal with a call out to a wobbly kitchen tap.
Fingers crossed for less pain and pins and needles tomorrow.
