Conclave

This morning I briefly participated in the niche ritual activity of the followers of the brick appreciation guild and knocked some bricks and concrete about and continued the glacially slow reimagining of the garden path and shed situation which involves moving things about a bit and then retreating to think about it a bit more.

It was pretty cold and grey again so I decided to grab the chance to see Conclave whilst it’s still on. What a fabulous film.

I had got to Rheged nice and early so I had a short walk across to my old stomping ground and went down to the river. I only saw one person and amazingly it happened to be S from the village … we usually end up bumping into each other in supermarkets so this was a much nicer spot to catch up on village news.
