Forgotten wall

This piece of wall must be at least 10 years old. It is close to the landfill behind the hill behind the wall. The landfill has been cleared and put out of order around 10 years ago. Before the landfill it was a quarry (hence the free space for the landfill). Whether the wall was part of the landfill (to prevent people from entering it) or of the quarry I do not recall.
