Donkey

As we had the Land Rover, plenty of space and could drive to within a few metres of the beach, we were able to be pretty self sufficient. LiLo, loungers, coolbox, beach mats .....

When packing up at home before leaving, we forgot the two sun loungers we had bought for the trip. When we got to Venice, we realised it as we wanted to use them on the car park at the port to sit out the 6-hour delay. So we had taken off, back across the lagoon to try and find some at one of the hundred or so beach equipment shops alongside the main road. Turned out to be quite expensive!
