Quiet Sunday

There was apparently an issue with accessing the building Living Waters Church uses for the meetings, so the life groups were shuffled about. Mine was due to meet in Waarder, a village about fifteen to twenty minute bike ride away. Based on the fact that Little Man and I have a very busy week ahead, I decided not to go. We had a lovely time at home together. It was lovely being able to just relax at home.

I've been reading through the books that are listed under GoodReads Community Favourites Challenge for 2025. I'm aiming to read 104 books this year (so roughly 2 books a week) and I think that the community challenge has given me more varied choices in the books I'm buying and reading. GoodReads is linked to my Amazon account, and whenever I buy a book on my Kindle and start reading it, the book will appear on my GoodReads page. I'm only allowing myself to buy one or two new books a month, so that I can read through the books I already own.
