Raining sideways

We had some heavy wind and blowing rain early this morning so I took this photo out the window as the rain was going sideways.  A little ICM to make it have more motion.  

 This was the same storm that flooded areas of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia.  Probably some flooding in NC also.   Then on Wednesday another cold front is moving in which might bring  snow and maybe freezing rain to these areas.     My heart is hurting for these people.

As for us, by 11am, the storm had passed and the sun came out but it was still very windy.
