Boatshed

I finally checked out the unattractive concrete structure projecting onto the beach. It’s the John (Lemo) leMarseny Boatshed, complete with plaque: life member of the surf lifesaving club, champion boat sweep, Randwick Sporting Hall of Fame inductee. The top is popular with tourists taking selfies.

K is in Adelaide for the week. I’m meeting former colleagues at the pub, postponed from last week.
