Pineapple

A tropical fruit to counter a bitterly cold day. R had some friends round for a literary day so I decided to go out for a bike ride, for the first time this year. Within 10 minutes I was so cold I wanted to go back, but I stuck it out for 40 minutes or so. It took me about two hours to recover warmth in my body.
After lunch I decided to apply for a non exec role, which I don’t think I will get but want to test out how far I get in the process. That meant updating my CV. Had some interesting chats in the evening about family issues. And ate the pineapple
