An ugly bit of road

Thanks to heanku again for hosting.

I was walking to my appointment in town and thinking how they’ve made an ugly bit of pavement even worse with all these markings. See extra for colour version.

I’m guessing they are about to dig up the road. And it’s not just at this point, it’s all over the adjacent roads and the main 4-way junction.

What’s not to look forward to?

Thank you for all the kind words yesterday on my snowdrop blip. I’ve asked around and may have found another fairly nearby English Heritage place (Mount Grace Priory) where there may well be lots of snowdrops. Should have time to visit later in the week. Fingers crossed.
