Rydw i'n 'ceisiwr lloches', efallai, oherwydd roeddwn i wedi bod yn ceisio ffeindio beth sy'n digwydd gydag hen ysbyty.

(Wrth gwrs dydy'r 'gair mwys'  ddim yn gweithio yn Gymraeg oherwydd bod y ddau ystyr yn defnyddio dau air gwahanol. 'Asylum' fel lle diogel yw 'noddfa' 'neu 'lloches' . 'Asylum' fel ysbyty yw 'gwallgofdy. Felly, ni ellid byth ddrysu'r ddau.).

Mae'r ysbyty bellach yn gyfrifoldeb Ymddiriedolaeth GIG leol, felly mai rhaid i mi ofyn iddyn nhw 'beth sy'n digwydd?'

Roedd y grŵp sgwrs yn ddiddorol y bore yma roedd un o'r grŵp wedi ysgrifennu cerdd (poem) mewn ffurf 'Englyn'. Roedd diddorol i glywed ac yn gweld gwerthfawrogiad y grŵp. Hoffwn i ddysgu mwy am ffurfiau barddoniaeth Cymru.

I'm an 'asylum seeker', maybe, because I've been trying to find out what's going on with an old hospital.

(Of course the 'pun' doesn't work in Welsh because the two meanings use two different words. 'Asylum' as a safe place is 'noddfa' (sanctuary) 'or 'lloches' (refuge). 'Asylum' as a hospital is 'gwallgofdy’ (lit. 'mad+house'). Therefore, the two could never be confused.).

The hospital is now the responsibility of a local NHS Trust, so I have to ask them 'what's going on?'

The chat group was interesting this morning. One of the group had written a poem in 'Englyn' form. It was interesting to hear and see the group's appreciation. I would like to learn more about the forms of Welsh poetry.
