Islington to Haggerston walk

Last day in London - walk from Islington to Haggerston to meet my oldest friend near her neck of the woods. Lots of joggers out along the canal on a Saturday morning. We commented on how many young folk were out jogging and being healthy at 8.30 on a Saturday morning compared to our peers at that age who probably hadn't long gone to bed by then!
