Low Tide

But still cold! Today I wore the fur lined thermal hat which did the job even if I looked like a crazy person! Hats just don’t suit me!
I was due to meet Stef at 11:30 so forced myself into the shower early, walked Dog, put on make up etc, and then got a message that she has the bug. Coughing, chesty and head full of cold. We have deferred until Friday, but it left me with an empty day. I do have a lot of them, but I am better when I know in advance. My brain doesn’t seem to kick in at short notice, I need a plan! 
So, I did two trips to the tip with all the garden stuff and also started to tackle the ivy I spotted in a corner that’s once again invading from next door. Popped to the village with the shopping list from work - Stalker used to do this, but now it’s me! And I ordered a new coffee machine for the EC. The resident one has given up and I did wonder whether or not to do a collection for a new one, but as I am the one that uses it the most, seems fair that I replace it. Not much else today.
