In My Imagination, There is No Complication....

Can anyone adequately describe the feeling when your Child sits their driving test?

I completely ignored Boy's. I let Si take the strain there.

Tooli didn't like driving instructors, so for the best part of 2 years, I have cajoled her into the car. I thought she was a great wee driver but what do I know? ha ha ha

Test date set and we increased time in the car. I made her drive round impossible corners (the same ones where I went directly over the grass), did hill starts, and three point turns on the hills. I selected the biggest, most expensive cars for her to perform parallel parking on.

We drove supermarkets insane with our reverse bay parking. :-) And left pedestrians looking confused as we did 6 point turns, (right round the other way)!

Last night, Tooli decided that despite having a test first thing this morning that she would stay out late, having a wee socialise, after work. I nearly killed her, but refrained because I paid the test fee.

She dragged her butt out of bed this morning, complained that she only had 3 hours sleep.... Yeah, me too midden!! got dressed and I sent Si with her to the Test Centre.

I sat in the garden, unable to breathe and drove Si insane with texts every two minutes.

And then, 30 minutes after my first text of 14, I received "We have a Winner". I then sent a further 5 text to clarify exactly what "We have a winner" meant.

Suffice to say.

I think you can see what "We have a winner meant".

Yay!!! Goooooo TOOOOOLLLLLIIIIIIIII
