No 10
We had a lovely rain overnight, 26mm. It was certainly needed.
Weekly supermarket shop early, home by 10am. Took a wee detour down a back road (wharf area) looking for something that would convert into mono. Plenty of grungy buildings, but it was these arched windows that I ended up photographing with a triptych in mind.
Talking of triptych - a few days back I got an email from the APS (Auckland Photographic Society) asking me to do a zoom presentation on triptychs - (her words) "looking for guidance on how to shoot images that are suitable for Triptychs and how to construct a Triptych image." Whilst this wouldn't be difficult for my on a face to face situation, on zoom it would be a different story. I declined for that reason, and possibly more importantly my fickle internet which would likely drop off, very stressful.
I have spent much of the afternoon editing the family beach photoshoot images, very pleased with them. There is something to be said for having a photoshoot in the fog.
