Abstract

Another warm day, February is certainly giving us summer temperatures.  We decided to walk Caroline Bay this morning, hoping for a sea breeze to keep us cool.  Phone photography, taking all sorts  …. what I thought was a dead seal, a distorted lighthouse (ultra wide lens), plastic chair with shadows (blip) and other odds and sods. Others all converted to mono.  
We then went for a coffee and snack which we made into an early lunch.
The remainder of the day we have been couch potatoes watching sport.

Better news from the fires on the Christchurch hills today, basically out but lots of work going on dampening down hot spots.  They are worried about the hot and strong winds that are forecast for tomorrow.
