Beautiful Brahms

I have been subscribing to the SimplyPiano app now for a year, after being recommended to it by fellow blipper Rainette. When I bought an annual subscription I had no idea just how much I would enjoy it, and how much I would be able to learn from an iPad app. I’m still very much a beginner, and I don’t manage to practise as much as I would like, but my subscription has just renewed for another year and I’m looking forward to seeing what further progress I can make.

My iPad screen is showing my score this afternoon on one of the songs I had been playing, in which I managed to achieve 100% for hitting all the right notes (and in the right order, Mr. Previn!) and for getting the timing spot on (which is much harder).

No wonder I had a great big smile on my face when I went to show the screenshot to Smithers!
