Earplugs set 594 (ish!) 
I'm so bad for loosing earplugs and therefore not wearing them when I really should. 
An older friend has has the inevitable consequences for while - sore heads, infections, deafness etc and has finally got to the "surgery's the only option" point. 
Remember being shown a video of the cutting driling process as a new surf instructor years ago and it's pure grim.  New earplugs ordered!
