Inset day

Well i packed the wildlings up early to take them to my work. Harp still isn't right but I need to be at work for training.  

I'm so proud of my guys. Everyone said that they're so well behaved and such good kids. And they were brilliant.  Especially as I was in a classroom most of today. 

They played in our garden on and off and a few of the classrooms and explored the toys. 

This quote is special. We were talking about creating a safe environment for our students.  We're a pretty good team and work well together.  And we all know our students,  their strengths, their difficulties,  what makes them happy. Sometimes children only have a safe space at school. So it's important to have a good relationship with them. 

Most of us in this house is pretty knackered.  A certain Mr forgot to switch a lamp off last night in the jedis room. So he woke up at 4am belting " let it go " and sung away for ages. I was gutted as I had had a bad night with my shoulder.  But it was also sweet too listening to him. 

I'm trying to talk myself to go for a run tonight when we pick up Mr R.  I need to shift this headache.
