Flowers

If not feeling like a walk - 20 mins round community park is just enough to get me out the house and can look at the flowers opening too.

Knackered after yesterday. Think walked too far back and forth between wards and buildings with a break for lunch and a cuppa tea in Edinburgh Maggie’s.

The Dr Oncology came for a wee check in chat & also my GP check chat too so things are being noticed & feel better of support. Worried I maybe had overreacted on Saturday but no, it was right thing to do.

Antihistamine cream, tablets & plain soap as I may now be allergic to the hand soap I use or it may be the meds - noted for next time check.
