Had a wee trip down to St Columba’s Hospice Wellness Centre and Iona Café.

Welcome tour of the facilities and finding out about creative & movement classes and complementary therapies too.

Met a mint coloured crocheted teddy bear with eyelashes.

Discussed some of the artwork along the corridors and found some artwork for sale, may look back at my photos and print one off to mount up.

Afterwards coffee, cake and catch up with Linkworker.

Feel a lot more positive that I can find something to occupy my time away from worrying about my treatment and diagnosis outlook unknowns and scary reality of the Stage IVB!

Even talked about my photo journal and Blipfoto!

‘Just new to me. I haven’t drawn for 40 yrs.'

I haven’t drawn for many years either, although I have tried to design things in the past for events or classes & tried recently to do something to represent part of my treatment, so may try and finish that design over the weekend.

Have a peaceful weekend whatever you’re up to. Think I’m going to have a music night tonight.
