Catching the light.

Well, I think this wretched cold/cough is at last starting to weaken its hold on me - thank goodness. And there are other positives as well. 

The damp proofing and re-plastering is coming to an end - so much nicer to see that lovely smooth plaster on the walls than watch it coming off to leave bare brick. 

The weather is kind enough to bring patches of sunshine to brighten up another short walk in the reserve where the feathery spikelets of the reeds catch the light.
