Spa Day

What a lovely day we had today at the spa!
Before we went we had delicious baked oats with yoghurt and cinnamon for breakfast, and took Barney for a walk round the park.
Then we were off. To the spa at Oulton Hall.
What a treat! Steam room, sauna, pool, facials, relaxation rooms, yummy lunch, free bubbly (which I can’t stand but love it if you add orange juice!). It was fab!
I looked about twenty years younger after my facial. So much so that I looked up all the Elemis products she’d used.
Most of them were £90 a pop, so it’s back to looking ancient and haggard for me!!
Back to Mrs G’s for a bit before I set off home.
I was lucky again and apart from the endless miles of 50mph restrictions, the journey flew by.
