Fiona II

Although it was mild today there was still a brisk breeze and the sea mist never cleared.  We went for a lovely long walk - through the town centre and out to Fistral Beach, around the Headland, past the old Lifeboat House and Huer's Hut, dipping down into the Harbour then back along 3 beaches at low tide, Towan, Great Western and Tolcarne.  About 3 hours altogether (including a coffee and muffin in a beach café) and quite exhilarating.
