It has been a horrible wet day, but we got ourselves out for a walk. I always like the view over towards central London from Charlton

It is our daughter’s 35th birthday today ( how can my youngest be that old?) and as they are due back from France this evening, I have prepared a meal and made a birthday cake for her.
