Mud Bath Blood Bath

National X Country Championships at Parliament Hill today.
Di and Al both well into their 60s were running, honestly they are such tough women. I admire them so much.
Course was really muddy, lots of runners slipping all over , including Al who went down twice but she was unharmed unlike some others who came in dripping of blood.
We stayed to watch the men’s race and that’s my main shot for today.
Lots of temporary extras to give you a taste of the races.
