Remedials

This is my rather lovely (double glazed) porthole window. . However clearly the seal on the double gazing has failed. I have asked Handyman John if he can sort this. He says he can. Also he says he can sort the rather alarming hole in the wall outside the back door. Sigh. Today has been both busy and testing. I discovered that the Economy 7 water heating arrangement is no longer heating the water. Very testing. I have asked Morgan if he can sort this and he says can can. Although as with John, I am not exactly sure when..... Today has been a lovely sunny day. I have been for a walk to Treen cliff and for the first time in a while actually made 10000 steps (10,582 to be precise). Before the forecast gales tomorrow I managed to bung some teak oil on the front porch which I was pleased to have achieved. I spotted a brand new Le Creuset kettle on the PZ area Marketplace and went to pick it up on a circuit to Morrisons and Tesco (cheapest petrol). That's about it. Currently drinking my Night Time tea and will then call it a day. (Learning for the day - do NOT EVER buy Kit Kat Chunkies)
