Willowherb

I'm not sure if this is Rose-bay Willowherb or Great Willowherb, I have it growing on my river bank and I've never seen it so tall. I'm 5'8" and it's taller than I am. It was alive with Honey and Bumble Bees this afternoon, but I struggled to get a clear shot as it was blowing a gale before the storms came.
