Flights

After yesterday's somewhat disastrous Parkrun I wasn't looking forward to doing a longer one this morning. I've had to drop back a couple of weeks in terms of distance so I didn't want o go with Himself as his, longer, plan didn't give me a lot of options to shorten. 

I'm still lacking  fitness (and motivation)  but it was quite fun to be out on my own with some music in my ears. 

This afternoon was spent watching a determined, but out played, Italian team lose to France in the Mens 6 Nations and trying to book a holiday. I think we've agreed on where, and when, I now need to juggle the exact dates and flight times around to get the best deal.
