Off Cut Contemporary Art?

Early start in the workhouse: I had to cut some rocket parts on the laser cutter for Tuttle Jnr's Rocket Club at Uni. Needed the early start to check out the slots so that they fit snuggly into each other. 3mm thick plywood is never 3mm thick, plus the laser vaporizes approximately 0.2mm per vector pass. These CAD/CAM machines do wonders when you "just press play", but they still need the human touch of skill and judgement to ensure harmonic assemblies!

All fun in the workhouse elsewhere as I extended a desk and levelled off a couple of benches (sitting on a slope as per se). More fun tomorrow....
